• The only official channels are Telegram, Instagram and X.
• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my own discretion.
Payment & Refunds
• Payments are done in euro (EUR/€) via PayPal or bank transfer, online or in person, via cash in person only.
• Orders below 200€ must be fully paid upfront.
• For orders above 200€, a 50% down payment is required within 48 hours of commissioning me. This covers the material costs and therefore is non-refundable.
• Upon completion, the other 50% + shipping costs are to be paid within 48 hours.
• No item will be shipped before a commission is fully paid for.
• Failure to pay after committing to a commission will result in blacklisting.
• I reserve the rights to sell unpaid commissions as premade items, changes will be made to the design.
• Cancellations requested by either party are subject to discussion.
• Refunds will be issued depending on the progress of the project.
Making Process
• Queue and progress can be checked on Trello.
• Weekly updates will be provided while your project is being worked on.
• WIP pictures will be posted publicly unless requested otherwise. If you wish to keep your project private, please notify me during the quoting process.
• I usually give an estimation as to when the commission will be completed, this, however, does not act as a hard deadline unless specifically agreed upon during the quoting process. Regardless of the estimation given, commissions can take up to a year to be completed.
Shipping
• Final shipping price is calculated upon completion and at the buyer's expense.
• Default shipping is untracked and uninsured. Tracking and insurance are only provided if specifically requested by the buyer.
• Delivery in person at cons is possible and encouraged, as I can then make minor adjustments on the spot at no extra charge.
• I won't be held responsible for any damage or losses happening during transit.
• Taxes and extra fees must be covered by the customer.
Warranty and Repairs
only applies to new fursuit heads, partial fursuits and bodysuits, directly bought from me
• The customer is expected to contact me first to discuss changes and repairs on a suit.
• Repairs are exclusively offered on suits and parts made by me.
• Minor repairs (under 10€ of materials and 1 hour of work) are free at cons until 2 years after purchase.
• Heavy repairs and minor repairs after 2 years of ownership of a fursuit are subject to quotation and will be discussed privately.
• Minor repairs include but are not limited to: fixing popped seams, gluing back fallen magnets, adding removable eyelids (limited to one free pair per suit), adding padding inside the head for a better fit, etc.
• Heavy repairs include but are not limited to: Adding hair or cheek fluff, sizing the bodysuit up or down, replacing/adding zippers, etc.
• Changes of any nature made to a fursuit without my permission by you or a third-party voids your warranty and modified suits can no longer apply for free repairs. Repairs can still be done but are then subject to quotation as if the suit was over 2 years old regardless of when it was originally purchased.
• The customer is expected to communicate any allergies. Materials used include but are not limited to: hot glue, fake fur, minky fabric, acrylic fabric, PLA, TPU, upholstery and EVA foam, contact cement and UV resin. I also own a cat and a dog who have limited/occasional access to my workshop.
Reselling
• When selling a fursuit I made, please notify me of who the new owner is.
• Fursuits cannot be sold for more than the original price unless sold along with addons (such as character rights, extra art, accessories etc).

✧ Fursuit Care Guide ✧

Here is a guide on how to take care of your SHR1MPC0R3 fursuit and to make sure your enjoy your fursuiting experience. If you have any doubt on one of these aspects or would like more info, feel free to contact me!

Good to know before going out in fursuit
• Make sure your area allows for public fursuiting, if unsure, stay within bounds of the con venue. Even when legal, make sure you are accompanied by a handler (someone out of suit) when fursuiting in public.
• The role of a handler can include but isn't limited to: spotting hazards and notifying/helping the fursuiter (curbs, small poles, rabid children, puddles etc), carry the fursuiter's personal belongings like their ID, offer drinks and snacks to the fursuiter (preferably water and sugary treats), assist the fursuiter in unsafe areas (road crossings, stairs, etc), provide an explanation to curious by-standers and diffuse dangerous situations.
• Avoid fursuiting if you feel exhausted, lighthead, overly hungry or thirsty or if you are intoxicated.
• Check the weather forecast to avoid rain and muddy areas.
Before wearing the fursuit
• Gently brush the head and more thoroughly brush the bodysuit, handpaws, feetpaws and tail.
• Always brush away from the fursuit's face to follow the natural direction of the hair.
• If after brushing, the fur still looks fuzzy, alternate between brushing and rubbing a damp cloth on the fur to guide it in the right direction.
• Inspect the inside of the head for any bits of fur that could bother you during wear.
• Wear a balaclava to keep the fursuit from being in direct contact with your face.
• If you have sensitive skin, apply a generous layer of face cream to protect your face from the friction.
• Attach the handpaws, feetpaws and tail to the bodysuit if applicable.
While wearing
• Avoid getting in contact with anything greasy or that could stain the fursuit, for example people carrying food.
• Wear a balaclava to prevent sweat from getting in direct contact with the inside of the head.
• Take frequent breaks especially if you're out of breath, light headed or uncomfortably hot.
• Do not be scared to remove your fursuit head in public if you feel threatened, light headed or disoriented, safety first!
After every wear
• Spray the inside of the fursuit head, handpaws, feetpaws and bodysuit, specifically around areas such as the armpits that tend to build up sweat.
• Leave all parts to dry preferably in a well-ventilated area or on the fursuit lounge dryer. The head can be left to dry upside down with the neck open.
• Be courteous and don't leave your head
Inspect the fursuit for any stain or damage.
• Use a damp cloth to gently pat the stain and
After every con
• If you noticed a stain
